I do not support AI art nor will I allow my art to be used in those sites.

• commercial rights fee is x2 the original price.
• A sketch will be sent before the payment.
• You do not own the commercial rights to the commission (unless it's a Vtuber model).
• After you approve the sketch there will not be any major changes added (Unless I forgot to add something important).
• I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• Additional characters will be +60%.
•Characters with details can cost between 200$ - 600$ more.
• Commissioner can request a W.I.P at any part of the process or a statuse update.
• The time for completion of the piece varies depending on complexity, simple illustrations can be completed within a couple of days and detailed/complex pieces can take 3+ months. (keep in mind that I also have a full-time job, try to be understanding)
• Once the illustration is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details / fixing mistakes, could be done for free.
• Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure to review the initial W.I.P previews properly.
• Commissioner is NOT allowed to use art to any AI sites.
• Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion. (If you have a specific size please mention it to me)
• Please only post the watermarked version online, using the unwatermarked version for other things is ok (merch is ok if you pay the commercial rights fee).
• The artist may post the finished artwork as well.
• The artist is allowed to stream and post progress of the art online
• Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra.
• The purchase is for digital artwork (not any sort of physical material).
• Refunds are not offered.
• Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.
• Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.
